TA Gas & Electrical Safety Inspection is recommended in order to ensure that your utilities comply with existing gas and electrical safety legislation.
Our fully qualified engineers can provide you with a full gas inspection check and report, our service plan includes the essential annual gas safety certificate and covers up to three gas appliances, a good example being, a gas boiler, cooker and gas fire. Included within this is also a yearly boiler service.
Our check will also identify any hazardous situations such as gas leaks or the presence of poisonous carbon monoxide (CO).

Including :A visual and functional inspection of the electrical installation ,establish if the correct protective bonding conductors are present the circuits on the consumer unit will need to be listed along with an earth fault loop impedance test on a sample of sockets throughout the property. The highest result from this sample is then recorded along with a functional test of the RCD and an assessment of the visual condition of the consumer unit.
